Un chauffe-eau \u00e0 condensation offre le rendement le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la combustion optimale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie utilis\u00e9e, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 la r\u00e9utilisation de la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle des gaz de combustion.
