L\u2019immeuble de bureaux comprend 11 600 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s r\u00e9partis sur cinq \u00e9tages, un parking de 300 places et plusieurs nouveaux espaces verts. Outre les bureaux, il y a de la place pour un restaurant et une salle de fitness, ce qui implique une forte demande en eau chaude.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 15px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce syst\u00e8me se compose des produits suivants :<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>2 x<strong> Enevator Air Premium &#8211;<\/strong> AWHP 50 pompes \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 x <strong>r\u00e9servoir de stockage ST<\/strong> 1000 direct avec \u00e9l\u00e9ment de chauffage<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Divers articles associ\u00e9s, dont un \u00e9changeur de chaleur \u00e0 plaques et une pompe<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 15px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Durabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 dans la conception de ce syst\u00e8me. C\u2019est pourquoi 2 pompes \u00e0 chaleur Enevator Air ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisies, ainsi qu\u2019un ballon de stockage d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 1 055 litres et les composants du syst\u00e8me correspondants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 10px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Les pompes \u00e0 chaleur Enevator sont install\u00e9es sur le toit et r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 tous les besoins en eau chaude des locataires. Chaque Enevator a une capacit\u00e9 de chauffage de 50 kW et l\u2019appoint est assur\u00e9 par des thermoplongeurs \u00e9lectriques.
