Sans tenir compte de la d\u00e9duction pour investissements \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, cette p\u00e9riode varie de 1,6 \u00e0 3,9 ans.<\/p>\n<h2>Respect de l\u2019environnement<\/h2>\n<p>Nous estimons qu\u2019il est important d\u2019optimiser les \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie dans la conception des installations (sanitaires) d\u2019eau chaude. Un chauffe-eau \u00e0 condensation g\u00e9n\u00e8re le meilleur rendement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une combustion optimale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie utilis\u00e9e, mais aussi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9limination de la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle contenue dans les gaz de fum\u00e9e. Un rendement de 109 % est tr\u00e8s courant. Du fait de cette combustion optimale, l\u2019\u00e9mission de NOx est tr\u00e8s inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la norme Europ\u00e9enne. Cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 204 GJ par an.<\/li>\n<li>En se basant sur un rendement de 84 % et les pertes en veille, il est possible d\u2019\u00e9valuer la consommation d\u2019un ADM 80 \u00e0 8 116 m3 par an pour la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie indiqu\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Le BFC 60 offre quant \u00e0 lui un rendement de 106 %. De plus, ses pertes en veille sont bien moin<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-256 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/aosmithinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Subsidies-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>s \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Cet appareil consomme donc seulement 5 873 m3 par an pour la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau du robinet.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9conomie de gaz est ainsi de 2 243 m3 par an. Cela revient \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie de 796 euros par an (en se basant sur le prix moyen du gaz industriel en France selon Eurostat, \u00e0 savoir 0,312 euro\/m3).<\/li>\n<li>Le d\u00e9lai de retour sur investissement du BFC 60 est de 2,3 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce calcul est bas\u00e9 sur un tarif industriel (donc relativement bas).
