Les besoins en eau chaude de l\u2019usine PSA de Charlesvilles M\u00e9zi\u00e8res sont importants avec 226 douches\u00a0 ouvant fonctionner en simultan\u00e9, notamment au moment du changement des \u00e9quipes qui travaillent en 3x 8, et 80 vasques circulaires \u00e9quip\u00e9es au total de 480 robinets. Ce sont ainsi 15000 m3 d\u2019eau consomm\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>Il y a cinq ans, est entam\u00e9e une recherch\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Premier constat, les d\u00e9bits des douches, de 10 L\/mn en nominal, avaient d\u00e9riv\u00e9 et, pour certains, atteignaient 60 L\/mn. Toutes les douches sont donc inspect\u00e9es et le debit nominal r\u00e9tabli. \u00ab Les consommations d\u2019eau potable ont diminu\u00e9 de 50 %, constate Pascal Warzecka, soit 22 000 euros d\u2019\u00e9conomies annuelles, pour 3 300 euros d\u2019investissement.
