Comme la ferme caprine dispose de panneaux photovolta\u00efques et qu\u2019elle produit donc sa propre \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, une solution enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique contenant un r\u00e9servoir tampon a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place. Objectif\u00a0: chauffer l\u2019eau chaude de mani\u00e8re aussi neutre en CO<sub>2<\/sub> que possible.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Ce syst\u00e8me se compose des produits suivants\u00a0:<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>1x DRE Plus\u00a080 18 EU | un nouveau chauffe-eau \u00e9lectrique avec des possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9glage via l\u2019\u00e9cran<\/li>\r\n<li>1x ST\u00a0400 | r\u00e9servoir tampon<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Description<\/h3>\r\n<p>La ferme caprine Sterken \u2013 Van der Velden \u00e0 Vessem (Pays-Bas) trait tous les jours environ 1\u00a0000\u00a0ch\u00e8vres. Une r\u00e9cente modification apport\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019installation de traite a eu pour cons\u00e9quence une augmentation de la demande en eau chaude. Le chauffe-eau \u00e0 gaz BFC en place \u00e9tait devenu trop petit pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette nouvelle demande. Sterken \u2013 Van der Velden produit sa propre \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sur place gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des panneaux photovolta\u00efques. La d\u00e9cision de recourir \u00e0 un chauffe-eau \u00e9lectrique a pour cette raison \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement prise, car alimenter un chauffe-eau \u00e9lectrique avec de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 verte est naturellement extr\u00eamement durable, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y a dans ce cas pas d\u2019\u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le processus m\u00e9tier d\u00e9gage \u00e9galement de la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle. Cette chaleur est utilis\u00e9e pour chauffer l\u2019eau dans le r\u00e9servoir tampon. Le principe est donc de ne pas gaspiller de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et de produire soi-m\u00eame de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le DRE Plus dispose d\u2019une interface utilisateur qui permet \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur de voir directement la temp\u00e9rature actuelle. Cette interface permet aussi d\u2019augmenter la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 des moments fixes o\u00f9 la demande est maximale. Un exemple\u00a0: une installation de lait doit \u00eatre rinc\u00e9e \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e (80\u00a0\u00b0C) pendant une courte dur\u00e9e, tandis qu\u2019une temp\u00e9rature de 50\u00a0\u00b0C \u00e0 60\u00a0\u00b0C est suffisante pour le reste de la journ\u00e9e.
