Cette entreprise familiale, employant 58 personnes, est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques de haute qualit\u00e9 exigeant des comp\u00e9tences exceptionnelles.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 15px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sengers d\u00e9sire rendre sa production de plus en plus \u00e9coresponsable, d&rsquo;une part pour l&rsquo;environnement et le climat, et d&rsquo;autre part pour r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 long terme des \u00e9conomies sur ses co\u00fbts. Les propri\u00e9taires, Cees et Henk Sengers, ont fait appel \u00e0 nous au moment de remplacer le chauffage des bureaux et de l&rsquo;une des deux grandes halles d&rsquo;usine. Apr\u00e8s un premier \u00e9change de vues, l&rsquo;installateur attitr\u00e9 de Sengers Metaal, Frans van der Meijden de Bergeijk, s&rsquo;est joint au projet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 15px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nous avons conseill\u00e9 l&rsquo;Enevator Air Altus, une pompe \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant au propane (R290). Ce fluide r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant a un indice GWP (Global Warming Potential) de 3, ce qui est faible et donc favorable pour notre climat. Un avantage plus important encore est qu&rsquo;il permet \u00e0 la pompe \u00e0 chaleur d&rsquo;atteindre une temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;amen\u00e9e de 70\u00b0C, ce qui permet \u00e0 Sengers Metaal de continuer \u00e0 utiliser le syst\u00e8me de distribution de chaleur existant, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9conomie consid\u00e9rable. En outre, des panneaux solaires seront plac\u00e9s sur le toit du b\u00e2timent et contribueront \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e9lectrique de l&rsquo;Enevator Air Altus.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 15px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Les travaux d&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;une pompe \u00e0 chaleur dont le fluide frigorig\u00e8ne est le propane ne sont pas \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de tout le monde. Le propane est extr\u00eamement inflammable et la pompe \u00e0 chaleur est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de plusieurs marges de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une fuite interne au niveau de l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur de chaleur \u00e0 plaques, il pourrait y avoir un risque de fuites de propane vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent par les conduites du chauffage central. Pour palier \u00e0 ce danger, nous avons mont\u00e9 en suppl\u00e9ment un d\u00e9gazeur dans la conduite d&rsquo;amen\u00e9e du chauffage central.
