Smith. Il s&rsquo;agissait de trois Enevator Air Altus \u00e0 4 tubes coupl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons eu le privil\u00e8ge de fournir ce syst\u00e8me complet, pour un b\u00e2timent industriel.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nObjectif et port\u00e9e du projet<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pour ce projet, le client avait des exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 et de respect de l&rsquo;environnement. La nouvelle installation devait ainsi \u00eatre \u00ab \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve du temps \u00bb, avec un PRG (potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement global) aussi bas que possible, et le client recherchait une solution compl\u00e8te. Il est rapidement parvenu \u00e0 la conclusion qu&rsquo;il fallait opter pour une pompe \u00e0 chaleur au propane. Le propane, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 R290, a un PRG de seulement 3. A.O. Smith s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre le partenaire id\u00e9al capable d&rsquo;offrir tout cela : une solution compl\u00e8te durable, respectueuse du climat et \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;une pompe \u00e0 chaleur au propane.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Installation<br \/>\n<\/strong>L&rsquo;installation sert principalement \u00e0 refroidir les laboratoires et \u00e0 alimenter le groupe de traitement d&rsquo;air avec r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur, elle est raccord\u00e9e aux r\u00e9servoirs tampons existants. Les trois pompes \u00e0 chaleur alimentent ensemble ces deux r\u00e9servoirs tampons, l&rsquo;un en eau glac\u00e9 et l&rsquo;autre en eau chaude. Les ballons tampons alimentent une centrale de traitement d&rsquo;air et cette centrale de traitement d&rsquo;air r\u00e9gule le climat de l&rsquo;ensemble du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p>Les pompes \u00e0 chaleur veillent \u00e0 ce que les deux r\u00e9servoirs restent \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature souhait\u00e9e. Elles y parviennent en fonctionnant de concert. C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que les appareils sont reli\u00e9s entre eux non seulement sur le plan hydraulique, mais aussi sur le plan technique. Cela signifie que l&rsquo;une des pompes \u00e0 chaleur est la \u00ab ma\u00eetre \u00bb et les deux autres les \u00ab esclaves \u00bb. Le ma\u00eetre supervise le syst\u00e8me et d\u00e9termine quelle pompe \u00e0 chaleur doit fonctionner, que ce soit pour le refroidissement, le chauffage ou les deux.<\/p>\n<p>Bon \u00e0 savoir : en cas de panne de la \u00ab ma\u00eetre \u00bb, la pompe \u00e0 chaleur num\u00e9ro deux prend imm\u00e9diatement le relais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la \u00ab ma\u00eetre \u00bb soit de nouveau op\u00e9rationnelle.
