C&rsquo;est avec cette devise \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que le mus\u00e9e s&rsquo;est lanc\u00e9 dans les travaux de r\u00e9novation et de transformation. Au total, cela a dur\u00e9 2 ans et demi, mais le r\u00e9sultat est d\u00e9sormais bien l\u00e0. Le mus\u00e9e Abby est devenu un b\u00e2timent impressionnant et remarquable. De l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, c\u2019est sa forme de pyramide moderne qui attire le plus l\u2019attention. Une fois \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, il est encore plus impressionnant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa couleur rouge et \u00e0 ses hauts plafonds.<\/p>\n<p>Le mus\u00e9e se compose de b\u00e2timents anciens et de b\u00e2timents neufs, car outre la r\u00e9novation, il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 agrandi avec un nouveau pavillon et des espaces d\u2019exposition souterrains. Il a fallu relier ces b\u00e2timents entre eux, ce qui a consid\u00e9rablement compliqu\u00e9 l\u2019installation en raison de l\u2019importante quantit\u00e9 de canalisations n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9fi concernait la r\u00e9gulation climatique du mus\u00e9e. Afin de pr\u00e9server les \u0153uvres d\u2019art fragiles dans des conditions optimales, il est essentiel de maintenir une temp\u00e9rature ambiante et un taux d\u2019humidit\u00e9 stables et fiables.<\/p>\n<h2>Syst\u00e8me hybride de pompe \u00e0 chaleur \u00e0 4 tubes<\/h2>\n<p>Le choix s\u2019est finalement port\u00e9 sur un syst\u00e8me hybride de pompe \u00e0 chaleur \u00e0 4 tubes. La pompe \u00e0 chaleur Enevator Air Standard \u00e0 4 tubes dispose d\u2019une puissance de chauffage de 185 kW et d\u2019une puissance de refroidissement de 174 kW. L\u2019avantage d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de pompe \u00e0 chaleur \u00e0 4 tubes r\u00e9side dans ses circuits ind\u00e9pendants, ce qui permet de chauffer ou de refroidir s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, ou encore de chauffer et de refroidir simultan\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce projet, le syst\u00e8me \u00e0 4 tubes assure \u00e0 la fois le chauffage et le refroidissement par le sol et alimente les diff\u00e9rents groupes climatiques en chaleur ou en fra\u00eecheur. Cela permet au mus\u00e9e de maintenir en permanence une temp\u00e9rature et une humidit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air ad\u00e9quates. Il est particuli\u00e8rement important pour le mus\u00e9e de maintenir l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 un niveau constant afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la collection d\u2019\u0153uvres d\u2019art. Cela n\u00e9cessite de chauffer et de refroidir les locaux tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e ; c\u2019est pourquoi un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 4 tubes constitue la solution id\u00e9ale pour redistribuer l\u2019\u00e9nergie de mani\u00e8re efficace.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, le syst\u00e8me alimente la pompe \u00e0 chaleur d\u2019appoint, qui assure la production d\u2019eau chaude sanitaire dans les b\u00e2timents. Pour les journ\u00e9es d\u2019hiver les plus froides, une chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 condensation au gaz a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, afin de contribuer au chauffage.<\/p>\n<p>Le choix s\u2019est d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment port\u00e9 ici sur un syst\u00e8me hybride, dans lequel le circuit \u00e0 4 tubes est con\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un \u00e9quilibre parfait entre la chaleur extraite et la chaleur restitu\u00e9e dans le b\u00e2timent.
