The cascade boiler system is quick and easy to install thanks to the Plug & Play – principle. The diversity in configuration options enables the installation to be placed almost anywhere, whether it is an existing location or a new built. Features Cascade boiler system A.O. Smith delivers the entire package; it just needs to be put together. The quick fit hydraulic pipe work header fixes the boiler support frames with all the interconnecting pipework. Dependent on the installation a DN 65 or DN 100 low velocity header will be supplied. Insulation sets are available for the flow and return pipes.Thecascade boilers system can be wall or frame mounted. In the frame mounted option it is possible to place the boilers in line or back to back. A.O. Smith will provide you with the required mounting set together with all the other parts used in the cascade installation.The hydraulic systems are available in modules for 2 or 3 boilers fitted with double connections for back-to-back assemblies. The connection sets between the boiler and pipe work headers are fitted with gas insulation valves and service valves.The cascade boiler system is designed to fit into multiple layout options. This allows the designer to maximize the use of the available plant room space for other installations.

Theta Dual Service
Theta Dual Service is A.O. Smith's unique way of using hot water from a water heater for both sanitary hot water and space heating. These modules can be used in combination with a BFC Cyclone, SGE or SGS system. This is a perfect solution for locations where there is a large demand for hot water and a small demand for heating.Due to the intelligent control, the system can utilize its storage for both hot water and heating; from one system, without compromising on comfort. - Module to combine central heating with a high efficiency water heater
- Used in combination with a condensing gas-fired water heater BFC Cyclone or solar water heaters SGE or SGS
- Tailored modules for BFC, SGE and SGS
- For applications with a relatively small heating demand compared to the hot water demand
- Delivered as complete package: plate heat exchanger, DHW pump, three-way mixing valve, control, temperature sensor incl. clip and connection materials
- The maximum distance between the appliance and the plate heat exchanger can be 5 meters (in a system with a pipe diameter of Ø 22mm)
- Initial investment, service- and maintenance costs are considerably lower than a stand-alone boiler
- Remote Display for SGE and SGS which shows temperatures and solar contribution
- BMS Interface for monitoring up to 50 parameters through a Building Management System
- Insulation materials for the plate heat exchanger
Upsilon
The Upsilon series consists of 3 boilers: UB 70, UB 110 and UB 140. All the boilers in the this series are fitted with an electronic control which optimises the performance by infinitely modulating. These boilers have a very low gas usage, very low emissions, Nox class 5 and very high efficiencies, up to 110.3%.
