The duration of the warranty on our products varies depending on the product. Below you can see which conditions apply to your device. If you register your product with us, the warranty begins from the date of installation. Registration is very simple via the QR code on the product or you register your device directly below.

Warranty conditions

Please contact your local distributor for further follow up. The original rating plate and installation documents have to be provided at all times. A.O. Smith will reserve the right to inspect faulty water heaters and / or parts at site, at distributor warehouse or at plant in Veldhoven for further research and product improvement.
